What was wrong. The current knowledge base is a flat list of articles in
publication order, and the resource library is a separate page of unsorted downloads. There
are only three knowledge-base articles wired into the membership rules, and almost every plan
grants the same three — so the structure carries no meaning. Reorganised here around
learning paths (what a new member should read, in order) and
reference categories (what an existing member looks up).
